Intelligent control system
The vehicle is equipped with an advanced central control screen and uses CAN bus technology to control actuators, achieving
intelligent control. Drivers can easily operate and control all functions installed through the central control screen, while
monitoring key parameters of the motor, self-priming pump unit, and hydraulic system in real-time to ensure stable vehicle
operation.
Detachable Container Garbage Collector Maintenance and upkeep:
Garbage trucks should be maintained strictly according to regulations, ensuring that all systems and devices are in good technical condition, fully utilizing their efficiency, reducing fuel consumption, saving expenses, and maximizing the service life of garbage trucks.
(1) Chassis maintenance: The chassis should strictly follow the instructions in its user manual and undergo daily and weekly routine maintenance.
(2) The maintenance of homework equipment is generally carried out in accordance with the following regulations. If the operating equipment can be ensured to be in good working condition, its maintenance can be carried out synchronously with the chassis maintenance.
1. Daily maintenance mainly focuses on cleaning and observation, and the content is the same as the third point of precautions for the use of garbage trucks.

(1) Check and tighten the connecting bolts of the carriage, operating equipment, shaft and other parts;
(2) Add lubricating grease or oil to each lubrication point on time;
(3) Check and tighten the connecting bolts, joints, pipe clamps, and other components of the hydraulic system, and inspect for any oil leakage;
(4) Check if the power take-off is working properly.
3. Homework 500h maintenance Homework 500h maintenance focuses on adjustment.
(1) Whether there is slight deformation in the components of each homework device, and correct them if necessary;
(2) Check the wear of the sealing strip and replace it if necessary;
(3) Check if the hydraulic components are working properly, and if necessary, disassemble or replace them. If there is oil leakage, the seal should be replaced;
4. 1500h Maintenance Operation The focus of 1500h maintenance is to conduct a comprehensive technical inspection and adjustment of each operating device to eliminate hidden dangers.
(1) Inspect and repair all welds, especially those in important areas;
(2) Check the wear and operation of each device component, and replace those with severe wear and operation;
(3) Check all hydraulic components.
(4) Clean the hydraulic oil tank, oil filters, air filters, and hydraulic pipelines, and replace the hydraulic oil. Damaged seals and hoses should be replaced promptly
