Upper configuration: It can be equipped with a 3-cube garbage bin, a double cylinder lifting arm, a
high-strength alloy steel integrated main hook arm, a reinforced auxiliary beam, cast steel tail support
wheels, an indoor and outdoor hydraulic control device (optional automatic installation), with a
maximum lifting capacity of 1500KG. The hydraulic system completes the operations of upper box,
lower box, locking, and self dumping, realizing the cyclic transportation of one vehicle with multiple
boxes.
Operation method
Driving operation: Drive according to the general driving method of a car. Before driving, the
carriage should be returned to its initial position, and the power take-off control handle should
be pushed apart (the electronic control system will turn off the power supply of the
electromagnetic clutch), so that the power take-off is in a stopped working state.
2. Homework operation:
2.1 Hook loading operation of garbage bin
Step 1: Pull up the handbrake lever inside the driver's cab to place the vehicle in the parking
position.
Step 2: Pick up the electronic control box in the driver's cab, first turn on the power switch on the
box to turn on the power, and the electromagnetic clutch will work (or pull the power take-off operating
handle to the engaged position); Continuing to operate the hook arm knob on the control box, do not
let go of the "extend" position. The main pull arm begins to work, and the pull arm oil cylinder extends.
The main pull arm rotates around the front hinge axis of the flipping frame, and the pull arm is in the
hook box position. Adjust the height of the pull arm hook appropriately and align it with the curved
hook of the box, then release the knob.
Step 3: Get off the car and observe whether the locking handle at the bottom of the garbage
compartment rear door is in the locked state. If it is not in the locked state, turn the locking
handle to ensure that the garbage compartment rear door locking handle locks the garbage
compartment rear door together with the garbage compartment.
Step 4: Observe whether the garbage bin door is closed and keep it locked to ensure that the door
is securely locked before proceeding to the next step.
Step 5: When aligning the arm hook with the curved hook of the car body, twist the hook arm knob on
the control box to the "retracted" position and do not release it. The main arm oil cylinder will be
retracted, and the arm hook will hook onto the curved hook of the car body. The garbage bin will start
to lift and continue to hook onto the car.
Step 6: After the garbage bin is placed on the subframe, release the box hook arm knob, twist the cabin
button on the control box to the "lock" position, extend the locking cylinder, and firmly lock the main
and auxiliary pull arms together.
Step 7: Turn the power knob on the box to disconnect the electronic control power supply (or move the
power take-off handle to the separated position);
