matters needing attention:
1. Please refer to the accompanying vehicle chassis user manual for the running in mileage of the car
chassis, and perform maintenance after running in, such as cleaning the air filter element and replacing
the engine oil. During the running in period, pay attention to checking for any abnormal vibration, noise,
and rain leakage in each part, whether the fan drive belt and hydraulic pump drive belt are slipping, and
whether the electronic control switches and instrument indicators are normal.
2. Before using the vehicle, it is necessary to check for any oil, water, or air leaks in the entire vehicle,
and if necessary, eliminate them. Check the oil level of the main and auxiliary engines, the water level
of the radiator tank, and if necessary, add oil and water. Check whether the water system, sweeping
plate, suction cup, and other structural components are normal.
3. In winter, before stopping the vehicle, follow the product manual to perform waterproof and
antifreeze operations, and drain the remaining water in the water circuit, water pump, water valve,
nozzle and other components.
4. When the engine is running, maintenance or repair of the chassis engine and hydraulic system is
not allowed.
5. When cleaning the vehicle, do not use high-pressure water to directly flush the top of the hydraulic
oil tank, solenoid valves, coils, and wiring terminals.
6. To ensure the safety of operators and equipment, during debugging, installation, testing, and
maintenance operations, it is necessary to open the safety pole under the garbage bin and fix it with
a safety pin to ensure the safety of personnel and equipment. Before resetting the trash can after
homework, the safety pole should be lowered first.
