Maintenance And Upkeep Of Sewage Suction Trucks (Part 1)
Did you do the right thing about the maintenance of the sewage truck?
Maintenance work is not only important for other types of vehicles, but also for suction trucks. When the sewage truck is running,
it is necessary to ensure that the tire pressure of the vehicle is within the normal range of use. At different temperatures in
different seasons, the tire pressure of the suction truck will also vary. In summer, autumn, and winter, it is important to control
tire pressure. It is necessary to adjust the tire pressure of the wheels appropriately to maintain the air pressure of the manure
truck within a certain range. Only when the tire pressure is normal can the contact surface between the road and the tire be very
small, and then the friction force can be relatively reduced. Therefore, we must develop the habit of regularly cleaning the tires of
suction trucks. If many stones are found inside the tires, it is necessary to maintain the vehicle tires in a timely manner to avoid
punctures and leaks.
Generally speaking, the working environment of suction trucks is relatively poor, and some bumps and pollution are also
common. Because there is a lot of rain, frost, and fog in spring and winter, it is necessary to pay attention to the paint problem
of suction trucks. If there are scratches, it is necessary to promptly carry out rust prevention treatment and thoroughly clean the
suction truck under the best weather conditions.
After inspecting the tires of the suction truck, maintenance and treatment of the vehicle chassis should be carried out
at the beginning, as suction trucks can cause a large amount of stains on the vehicle chassis during long-term operation.
When the suction truck is running, if the gearbox bottom shell is deformed or the gearbox pipeline leaks oil, it is necessary
to carefully inspect the vehicle chassis.
