(1) The oil level in the hydraulic oil tank is too low;
(2) Hydraulic oil filter clogged;
(3) Damage such as gear pump leakage and pump shaft fracture;
(4) Internal leakage of three-way shuttle valve and stuck valve core;
(5) The main overflow valve and directional valve core are stuck or worn, the directional valve coil is burnt out, and the power supply is abnormal;
(6) Internal leakage of the back pressure valve of the sweeping disc and suction nozzle;
(7) Oil leakage and pressure relief inside the hydraulic manifold block.
processing method
(1) Check the hydraulic oil tank level gauge to see if the hydraulic oil level is at 2/3 of the gauge scale;
(2) Check if the return oil pressure indicator is in the green range, and if necessary, open the fuel tank cap to check if the oil filter is too dirty;
(3) Activate the "material box, rear door" and check if the manual pump is functioning by shaking it up and down. If necessary, remove the oil outlet pipe of the gear oil pump and briefly start the auxiliary engine to check the oil output of the oil pipe;
(4) According to the working principle of the three-way shuttle valve, when the gear oil pump is working, the oil inlet end of the integrated block discharges oil, while the oil outlet end of the hand pump does not discharge oil;
(5) By manually poking the "electromagnetic directional valve spool" of the overflow valve, determine whether the spool is stuck, disassemble and clean the hydraulic valve, and replace the corresponding hydraulic valve body if necessary;
(6) In the inactive state, disassemble the control "sweeping disc, suction nozzle hydraulic integrated block return oil end T port". If there is hydraulic oil return, it indicates that the pressure reducing valve of the sweeping disc and suction nozzle is leaking;
(7) When there are no issues with the above checks, it should be considered that there is oil leakage in the internal oil circuit of the main relief valve manifold block.

(1) Insufficient water intake of the water pump (blockage of pipelines and filter elements; leakage of air into pipelines)
(2) The electromagnetic water valve is not opened or not fully opened;
(3) The water pump is not running (the incoming line must not be electrified, the grounding is poor, the carbon brush is worn, etc.);
(4) The nozzle is blocked.
Handling measures:
(1) Pull out the inlet end of the water pump, check the water outlet condition, and eliminate problems with the pipeline and filter element;
(2) Check the power supply of the electromagnetic water valve and clean the interior;
(3) Check the operation of the water pump, inspect switches, fuses, circuits, relays, etc;
(4) Clean and block the nozzle.
