The garbage bin is made of high-strength weather resistant steel plates welded together, with large curved side panels that have a beautiful appearance, good stress resistance, and are not easily deformed. The structural components of the entire vehicle are laser cut to improve the strength and durability of the box body. All metal parts are treated with acid pickling, advanced electrophoretic painting technology, and other anti-corrosion measures. The box is sturdy, durable, and has good sealing. The carriage is welded and processed using a complete set of fixtures and jigs, ensuring the machining accuracy, excellent quality, and good interchangeability of the produced products. The ship type structure avoids the traditional old-fashioned box body and the sealing structure at the back, fundamentally solving the problem of secondary pollution during transportation.
2. Scraper feeding has high compression efficiency
Adopting post installation scraper compression technology to significantly compress and reduce the volume of household waste. Due to the minimal gap between the scraper design and the bottom plate of the box, the garbage feeding is ensured to be clean and compressed, thereby increasing the garbage loading capacity.

The rear loading mechanism can be connected to standard 120L/240L/660L garbage bins for operation. The bucket flipping mechanism adopts a lightweight design, with strong lifting and feeding power. It is equipped with manual and automatic operation modes, which can achieve a one click feeding process.
5. Engine dynamic control, good economy
Engine power output control, also known as throttle control, is fully automated through an electrical system to ensure that the engine of the garbage truck can automatically choose between acceleration or idle mode in various operating states, avoiding power loss and system heating, reducing fuel consumption, and improving fuel efficiency.
6. The hydraulic system is stable and reliable
The hydraulic system is designed according to international standards and uses modular hydraulic components, consisting of hydraulic cylinders, solenoid control valves, throttle valves, and piping systems. The hydraulic oil circuit is divided into five paths: scraper compression, bucket lifting, bucket feeding, leg retraction, and box lifting, with high integration.
