Kitchen Waste Truck
Kitchen waste trucks, also known as swill trucks, restaurant waste trucks, and kitchen waste trucks, are a type of garbage truck used for collecting and transporting household waste, food waste (swill), and urban sludge. It is mainly used for the treatment of kitchen waste in hotels, restaurants, canteens, schools and other units. Each unit sorts the garbage and puts it into a 120 liter or 240 liter plastic garbage bin, which is then automatically placed into the tank by the garbage bin lifting device of the garbage truck. At the same time, it can effectively improve the transportation and sanitation environment of the entire city.
The kitchen waste truck adopts 304 stainless steel tank or Q235 carbon steel tank, and a feeding box cover is installed on the upper part of the tank to make the whole vehicle beautiful and prevent garbage from spilling. The side is equipped with a lifting mechanism, greatly reducing the workload of operators. A hydraulic lifting device is installed at the rear of the tank, allowing operators to open the rear door without leaving the cab when unloading garbage.
Main features:
1. The appearance of the garbage bin is beautiful and generous. The horizontal section of the garbage bin is a cylindrical frame, and both sides and the top surface are arc-shaped, making the whole machine look beautiful and generous
2. It has strong loading capacity and can achieve preliminary separation of oil and water from kitchen waste in the box, as well as waste capacity reduction, and is equipped with a large capacity sewage tank
3. The sealing between the garbage bin and the rear door assembly is good, and a specially reinforced rubber strip is used to seal the garbage bin and the rear door assembly, which has good sealing and prevents secondary pollution
4. High reliability and safety are achieved through electrical and hydraulic joint control, and safety protection switches are installed to ensure accurate and reliable operation of each mechanism
5. Optional engine power output automatic control achieves fully automatic control of engine power output. When not in operation, the engine is idling, and when in operation, the engine automatically accelerates to meet the requirements of operating power Avoiding power loss and system heating, reducing fuel consumption, and having good economy
