Operation process and precautions of sewage suction truck
1. Preparation before homework
(1) The rear of the sewage suction truck should be as close as possible to the work site and parked.
(2) Turn the straight through plug of the oil return tank to an angle of about 45 ° with the axis of the oil inlet pipe, and observe the flow of lubricating oil in the oil inlet pipe.
(3) Open the side door of the platform box, take out the suction hose, and swing it backwards without any bending phenomenon.
2. Suction operation
(1) Draw the suction hose as deep as possible into the contaminated liquid, ensuring that the pipe end is always below 300mm from the liquid level during operation.
(2) Push the handle of the four-way valve to be perpendicular to the ground.
(3) Shift the transmission to neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to shift the power take-off, and the vacuum pump starts running.
(4) Open the toolbox inside the cab, pull out the buzzer switch, and turn on its power.
(5) The operator can use the observation mirror on the upper part of the rear head. When the liquid level reaches the middle of the observation mirror, the driver should be notified and colleagues should quickly pull the suction hose off the ground or close the four-way valve. Under normal circumstances, the buzzer will emit sound and light signals. When the driver receives the signal, they should reduce the throttle, shift the power take-off switch forward out of gear, stop the vacuum pump, press the buzzer switch, and cut off its power supply.
(6) Close the fuel tank by aligning the straight plug handle plate with the axis of the inlet box.
(7) After flushing the hose, put it back into the platform box, close the side door, and make the suspension rod face above the cab.
(8) Close the anti overflow valve so that its handle is perpendicular to the road axis.
(9) Drive the sewage truck away from the work site.
3. Unloading operation
(1) Turn the suction hose towards the sewage storage tank.
(2) Pull the handle of the four-way valve to be parallel to the ground, open the anti overflow valve, and make its handle parallel to the axis of the pipeline.
(3) Shift the transmission into neutral, then start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to shift into neutral for power take-off, start the engine, disengage the clutch, pull the power take-off switch backwards to shift into neutral for power take-off, and start the vacuum pump.
(4) After the discharge of the contaminated liquid from the tank, the driver should promptly push the power take-off control handle forward to disengage the gear, and the vacuum pump should stop running.
(5) Close the fuel tank by aligning the straight through plug handle plate with the axis of the fuel inlet box. After flushing the hose, place it back into the platform box, close the side door, and make the suspension rod face above the cab.
(6) Drive the sewage truck away from the work site.
Attention:
(1) Maintain the appropriate speed of the vacuum pump. The speed of the vacuum pump is too high, causing the rotor to overheat; If the speed is too low, it can cause additional impact on the shipping machine and components, affecting their lifespan. To achieve the appropriate working speed, please adjust the optimal position of the hand throttle according to the pump type in advance.
(2) Dump and flip cans on flat ground. The suction truck is equipped with a lifting and self dumping system, which can dump and unload materials on its own. Therefore, it is forbidden to operate on uneven or even inclined roads during self dumping. Self dumping and overturning tanks on inclined roads can cause distortion and deformation of various components, leading to malfunctions and potentially causing overturning accidents.
(3) When self dumping and flipping the tank, first open the tank body and then the tank door. Before unloading the mud from the dump tank, the locking bolt should be loosened first, and the rear tank door should be lifted to the required angle. When the tank is fully loaded, it is forbidden to lift the tank with the rear tank door closed, otherwise there is a risk of overturning due to the center of gravity moving backwards.
(4) When the oil pump and vacuum pump take power, the engine idles and the clutch pedal is fully depressed. After turning on the power take-off switch, slowly release the clutch pedal. (5) When the car is in motion, the vacuum pump and oil pump are in a stopped working state.
(6) Do not use sewage trucks to suck in and transport waste oil and hazardous materials, in order to avoid serious accidents such as fires and explosions.
(7) When entering the bottom of the self dumping and flipping tank or conducting maintenance, support rods and safety blocks must be used.
(8) When transporting pollutants, the vehicle must drive at a medium and slow speed, and must not make sharp turns or brake abruptly, as there is no anti wave plate in the tank and the center of gravity is relatively high.
