Precautions for swinging arm garbage truck
matters needing attention:
1. The swing arm garbage truck must fully press the clutch pedal when opening or closing the power take-off. It is strictly prohibited to directly engage the power take-off, as it may cause damage to the gearbox gears.
2. During prolonged operation of the swing arm garbage truck, please turn off the power take-off. When driving normally, the high speed of the power take-off can easily cause the hydraulic pump to burn out. 3. Regularly replace the hydraulic oil of the swing arm garbage truck. If the hydraulic oil is emulsified due to water ingress, it must be completely replaced. Especially for new cars, please replace the hydraulic oil after 3 months of use. From now on, replace it twice a year in winter and summer. If the temperature exceeds 10 degrees, use No. 46 hydraulic oil, and if it is below zero degrees, use No. 32 hydraulic oil. Please use a clean bucket to settle the old oil, and it can be reused next time.
4. Please protect the cylinder core of the hydraulic cylinder of the swing arm garbage truck from scratches and abrasions, so as not to damage the oil seal and cause oil leakage.
5. The swing arm garbage truck has a designed maximum lifting weight during production. When swinging the box, it is necessary to evaluate the lifting weight and not exceed the design weight to avoid damage and deformation to the swing arm frame.
6. Each rotating component has a grease fitting, and lubricating oil needs to be added every 3-6 months depending on the frequency of use.
7. The sewage tank needs to be cleaned regularly to prevent sedimentation of mud and sand, which may reduce its capacity for use.
8. Electric control boxes and other electrical components are strictly prohibited from flushing as it may cause short circuits. Do not operate the buttons with excessive force.
9. It is not recommended to install the handle on the multi way valve, as the handle is too long and the inertia increases during electrical control, generating impact force that can cause oil leakage or damage to the multi way valve.
10. The electrical control pneumatic system is equipped with a water vapor separator, and regular drainage is required to prevent excessive water accumulation from entering the control system and affecting control.
11. When swinging the garbage truck, it is necessary to support the hydraulic support legs to prevent the box from becoming too heavy and causing tilting.
12. The chassis of the swing arm garbage truck needs to be regularly maintained according to the chassis instructions, and the first maintenance and repair should be carried out at designated service stations to avoid being out of warranty and affecting later after-sales service.
