(3)Top configuration: Sprinkler rectangular tank and square box shape (optional), power take-off, specialized water pump
for sprinkling, ball valve, fire hydrant interface, filter screen, pipeline, ball valve switch, front flushing, rear spraying, side
spraying, anti-aircraft gun, high-level showerhead and other accessories are all standard products. According to the needs,
the 30 type fog gun can be added, and diesel or gasoline air-cooled or water-cooled generators can also be added.

(1)In the low temperature season, when the water pump is not working, the water inside the sprinkler pump should be drained.
All valve switches must be opened to drain the water. If there is a valve blockage, it must be unblocked or replaced.
(2)If the sprinkler pump is stopped for a long time, the parts should be disassembled and cleaned, and a layer of rust proof oil
should be applied to each processing surface before assembly and proper storage
(3)The mechanical seal does not need to be disassembled for inspection without leakage. When disassembling the mechanical
seal, handle it gently, pay attention to cleanliness, protect the surface of the dynamic and static rings, and strictly prohibit
knocking and collision. The main reason for mechanical seal leakage is often caused by surface roughening of the dynamic
and static rings. The repair method can grind the sealing end face to restore the mirror surface.
(4) Regularly clean the sprinkler truck to remove sediment, garbage, and other debris inside, to avoid clogging the nozzle or
other areas.
(5) The requirements for the water used are that the sprinkler truck works in the city, so there are certain requirements for water
use. The water source should not be too dirty, and there should be no floating debris such as stones and sawdust to avoid clogging
the sprinkler truck nozzle.

(1)The automotive part is operated by the automotive part to understand the construction site situation and technical requirements, as well
as the water intake location and water source situation.
(2)Check for looseness in all connection parts, cracks, leaks, and blockages in the water inlet pipe. Place the water source on the top of the
tank and add water, with the front of the tank facing the display mirror.
(3)Do not forcefully press the accelerator during watering operations. When using air pressure to operate the power take-off and shift gears,
it is necessary to shift gears within the specified range of air pressure, so that the gears are fully engaged (when shifting the power take-off,
the air pressure must reach six or more, and when switching on and off the power take-off, press the clutch, slowly release the clutch, and
slowly increase the throttle). When manually hanging the power take-off, the clutch should be pressed to the bottom to hang the manual
switch. When you hear a strange sound, it indicates that the power take-off is not hanging in place and you need to quickly press the clutch
to close the power take-off and hang it again. During spraying operations, vehicles should maintain uniform driving and should not deviate
from spraying requirements by moving at different speeds.
