Working principle of cleaning and suction truck
The cleaning and suction truck integrates flushing, dredging, suction, and reverse discharge functions. Its suction part is used for the suction, transportation, and
discharge of various liquid and semi liquid media (such as septic tanks, sewers, rainwater wells, inspection wells, sedimentation wells, sludge and stones of about
10mm), as well as sludge, feces, wastewater and other media under various ditches and channels.
It can also be used for emergency response to sudden environmental pollution accidents, as well as for sewage suction work in septic tanks and sewers in residential
areas, engineering projects, schools, breeding farms, and other places. It can also be used for cleaning and transporting mud on construction sites, transporting crude
oil in refineries, and other various tasks.
Its working principle is: the water (pressure, flow rate) sprayed out by the high-pressure nozzle forms a reaction force in the sewer, which pushes the high-pressure
nozzle forward to crush, push open, and clean the blockages in the pipeline, achieving the effect of dredging. The vehicle design structure is reasonable, the
performance is excellent, and the operation is flexible and simple.
The main function of the high-pressure cleaning part of the cleaning suction truck is to clear sewers, sewage pipes, dead corners and mud ditches. It can also be used
to clean industrial drainage pipes, walls, etc., and to clean roads and square floors.
Maintenance of tanks and components
1. Regularly apply butter to all positions of the vehicle with grease nipples.
2. Regularly check all bolt connection positions and screws of the vehicle, and tighten them if they are loose.
3. Regularly clean the dirt in the water tank and overflow valve.
4. Before opening the back cover, you need to loosen the locking thread first.
5. Regularly clean the dirt inside the ball valve to keep it clean
6. After the winter vehicle is used up, all ball valves are opened at 45 degrees to prevent freezing and cracking. The water in the tank has been drained.
