Working principle of road sweeper:

1. The road sweeper is equipped with four sweeping brushes, with a rear suction nozzle. The left and right front sweeping brushes sweep the garbage in the corners from the outside to the inside, focusing on the area that can be cleaned by the middle brush. The middle brush cleans the garbage in front of the suction nozzle, and the garbage is sucked into the garbage bin for storage by the suction nozzle. Adopting a mixed suction and sweeping method to collect garbage, wet dust removal, electro-hydraulic control, and hydraulic tipping and unloading operation to clean the road surface.

2. Applicable environment for road sweepers:

Due to the fact that the road sweeper only generates water mist through the spray nozzle above the sweeping disc during cleaning, and there is no filtering system inside the box, some dust will be discharged from the fan outlet, resulting in secondary dust pollution. So road sweepers are more suitable for places with less road dust, such as urban main roads, highways, ring roads, airports, docks, etc. They are not very suitable for places with too much road dust, such as cement plants, coal plants, etc.
