1.The product features are introduced as follows

(1)This cleaning and sweeping vehicle combines the functional characteristics of road sweepers and high-pressure cleaning vehicles, and solves the problem of vacuum cleaners being unable to clean road edges on urban roads. During operation, a sweeping brush is used to sweep the ground garbage towards the inside of the vehicle. Stubborn attachments on the road surface are washed up by the water flow sprayed by the high-pressure spray rod and then sucked into the garbage bin for storage by suction cups. It has the characteristics of green environmental protection, complete functions, reasonable design, low energy consumption, wide cleaning range, and long service life.

(2)Can be widely used on trunk highways, including municipal and airport pavements, urban residential areas, coal mines, stations, cement plants, power plants, park roads, etc. Sweeping vehicles can not only clean garbage but also remove dust and purify the air medium on the road, ensuring the beauty of the road, maintaining environmental hygiene, maintaining good working conditions of the road surface, reducing and preventing traffic accidents, and further extending the service life of the road surface.

The working device adopts the layout of "central two disc scanning+central wide suction nozzle+built-in high-pressure main spray bar+left and right high-pressure side spray bars". The structure consists of two center mounted sweeping plates (the sweeping plates can be controlled separately), a center mounted wide suction nozzle, a built-in high-pressure main spray bar, and left and right high-pressure side spray bars (the left and right high-pressure side spray bars can be independently controlled), achieving road cleaning and vacuuming. The V-shaped arrangement of the left and right spray bars and the built-in high-pressure nozzle of the main spray bar with no gap in the suction nozzle effectively collect all the cleaned sewage and garbage to the suction nozzle and absorb them in the sewage and garbage bin, so that the road surface does not leave dust or water accumulation, and the road surface cleaning, brushing and sewage collection effects are excellent. The clear water tank and garbage bin are arranged separately, maximizing effective space utilization and allowing for a long continuous operation time. At the same time, sewage can be discharged through the sewage discharge device during the operation process, and clean water can be added at any time to continue the operation; The garbage bin adopts dual oil cylinder self dumping and unloading, and is equipped with a high flow high-pressure nozzle inside the bin, which can quickly flush the garbage bin. The left and right high-pressure side spray bars have bidirectional automatic obstacle avoidance protection and reset function. It can greatly reduce the damage to the left and right high-pressure side spray bars, and improve the overall safety of the vehicle during operation. The mid mounted wide suction nozzle has hydraulic floating function, effectively extending the life of the rubber roller. Adopting PLC programming and intelligent control system, with centralized control of electricity, liquid and gas, the driver can complete various actions in the cab. Matching well-known brand high-pressure cleaning pump with 160 pressure and 120 flow rate, the auxiliary engine is matched with Kangji with 140 horsepower and strong power, the fan is matched with 7.1 model, a dedicated 40/50 type sprinkler pump, equipped with pneumatic valve and self-cleaning function (self-cleaning inside the tank). Front and rear spray and high-pressure water gun are standard configuration, and the water tank is made of 304 stainless steel with three thick plates. 5.Working principle of product usage 

The washing and sweeping vehicle has multiple functions such as road surface cleaning, road surface cleaning, curb cleaning, curb and curb facade cleaning, low-pressure washing, spray dedusting, etc. There are multiple job modes to choose from, such as "full scan", "left scan", "right scan", "full scan", "left scan", "right scan", etc. Choose the "full cleaning and sweeping" mode to clean the square and road surface, with high cleaning efficiency and good results. Select the "left wash scan" or "right wash scan" mode to clean the road surface and curb, and wash the curb stone facade. When road sweeping or road cleaning operations are required, the sweeping mode can be selected. When spray dedusting is required, the spray device can be started for spray dedusting. It can perform low-pressure flushing operations on the road surface like a sprinkler truck.

6. After sales information for the product is as follows

(1)Before driving, the suction nozzle and sweeping plate should be in the raised position, and the left and right spray bars should be in the retracted position. During long-distance driving, attention should be paid to checking the suction nozzle and sweeping plate

Whether the disc automatically descends, and when reversing, attention should be paid to preventing collisions between the suction nozzle and road obstacles.

(2)It is best to choose the homework mode before starting the secondary engine. After the auxiliary engine is started, the operating mode can only be switched between 3 washing modes or 3 sweeping modes, and it is not allowed to switch between washing and sweeping modes. When it is necessary to switch between the wash sweep mode and the sweep path mode, the auxiliary engine must be shut down for more than 20 seconds first.

(3)Before winter work, the auxiliary engine should be preheated at idle and medium speeds. The outlet water temperature of the auxiliary engine should reach 55 ℃ or above before it can be put into full load operation. During operation, the water temperature of the main and auxiliary engines should not exceed 92 ℃. If it exceeds 92 ℃, the vehicle should be stopped for cooling. If the oil pressure indicator light is on, the vehicle should be stopped for inspection

(4)During the cleaning and sweeping operation, close attention should be paid to the road conditions to prevent collisions between the sweeping plate, spray bar, and roadside. When encountering large obstacles on the road or garbage larger than the inner diameter of the straw, do not force your way through. You should get off the car and clear the obstacles.

(5)When the cleaning and sweeping effect is poor, attention should be paid to checking the height of the suction nozzle above the ground, whether there are blockages at the suction nozzle and suction pipe, whether the fan has reached the rated working speed, whether the inclination angle, speed and grounding of the sweeping disc are appropriate, the spraying situation of the high-pressure nozzle, whether the spraying angle and overlap are appropriate, and whether the fan suction port and rear door are sealed.

(6) When there is thick sediment along the cleaning path, medium and high scanning disc speeds should be selected to achieve better cleaning results.

(7)The cleanliness of hydraulic oil and hydraulic circuit is directly related to the normal operation of hydraulic system and the service life of hydraulic components. Therefore, the cleanliness of hydraulic system oil contamination should not be lower than 19/16 (GB/T 14039). The oil level in the fuel tank should be checked regularly and should not be lower than the lower limit of the level gauge. Regularly check the pressure indicator of the return oil filter. When the pointer reaches 0.08MPa, the filter element should be replaced.

Warning: When the alarm system shows a voice alarm of "hydraulic oil leakage" during operation, the operation must be stopped immediately, the hydraulic system must be checked, and the fault must be eliminated in a timely manner. Otherwise, it will not only cause damage to the cleaning vehicle, but also lead to traffic accidents due to hydraulic oil pollution on the road surface.

(8)After completing the cleaning and sweeping operation, the material should be unloaded in a timely manner. The self-cleaning function of the garbage bin can be used to flush the inside of the garbage bin, and manual cleaning with a handheld spray gun can also be used. Special attention should be paid to cleaning the garbage bin filter, the edge of the rear door seal, and the inside of the straw and suction nozzle.

(9)After completing tasks or debugging and maintenance operations using the rear small electrical control box, all rotary switches on the panel of the small electrical control box should be promptly turned to the middle stop position to avoid operational conflicts with the control box inside the cab and confusion of the program control logic.


7. Product precautions and maintenance 

(1)Before operating the washing and sweeping vehicle with the cab control box, it is necessary to confirm or first place the rear small electrical control box panel on it.

(2)Turn all knob switches to the middle stop position. Use the rear small electrical control box to complete the unloading operation.

(3)After completing the debugging and maintenance work, all rotary switches on the panel of the small electrical control box should be immediately turned to the middle stop position.

(4)Before starting the auxiliary engine, the operating mode should be selected properly. After the auxiliary engine is started, it can only be switched between wash mode or sweep mode, and it is not allowed to switch between wash mode and sweep mode. When it is necessary to switch between the wash sweep mode and the sweep path mode, the auxiliary engine must be shut down for more than 20 seconds first.

(5)When using a handheld spray gun, attention should be paid to safety, and it is strictly prohibited to point the handheld spray gun at human bodies, animals, or other vulnerable objects. It is strictly prohibited to dismantle or install high-pressure nozzles or handheld spray gun quick couplings under high pressure.

(6)When performing cleaning and sweeping operations, always pay attention to the condition of the roadside to prevent damage to the nozzle or spray pipe. The filter screen of the water filter should be cleaned regularly to ensure the sealing of the housing and the smoothness and integrity of the filter screen. Blockage of the filter will cause vibration of the high-pressure water pump and pipeline due to suction, resulting in damage to the water pump.

(7)It is strictly prohibited to operate high and low pressure water pumps without water. When encountering a low water level alarm in the clean water tank, the operating machine should be immediately shut down. When the auxiliary engine is running, it is strictly prohibited to approach for maintenance.

(8)When lifting and tipping the garbage bin for maintenance and repair, it is necessary to reliably support the garbage bin support rod. When repairing the trash can tipping cylinder and tipping cylinder solenoid valve, it is necessary to use two support rods and triangular wood to support the trash can. When the garbage bin is in a top up and tipping state, it is strictly prohibited to move the cleaning truck. When the back door of the garbage bin is closed, it is strictly prohibited to lift or tilt the garbage bin on the slope.

(9) It is strictly prohibited to drive at high speed, reverse, or make sharp turns when the sweeping disc and suction nozzle are not raised. Before the weather with a temperature below 0 ℃ arrives, the water in the clean water tank should be drained completely, and the high-pressure water pump and high-pressure water circuit should be drained by using the vehicle's pneumatic drainage device to blow the air pipe. It is not suitable to use this vehicle in low temperature and icy weather.

(10)The design program of this washing and sweeping vehicle can achieve waterless dry sweeping operation, but waterless dry sweeping operation will generate dust, causing rapid wear and tear of the fan and air duct. It is recommended not to use waterless dry sweeping operation. When necessary, the working time should be shortened as much as possible to avoid damaging the components.
